The Sacred Union

Union of souls

Indian wedding photographer AIYA captured the unique union of not only two souls but also of two nations and their rich cultures. Oz the graceful Turkish groom united with his gorgeous and stunning Pakistani bride Shamma on the auspicious night of March at Kent England. The mesmerising bride was lavishly dressed in bright red blouse with golden lehnga and red embroidered dupatta. The groom wore complementary maroon coat over a black dress.

Aiya Indian wedding photographer captured every priceless momentĀ from smiles, laughter to tears and goodbyes. All the traditions and rituals of the nikkah ceremony were recorded beginning from the dressing of the bride. The bride carried a big smile with her beautiful necklace on the neck, teekah over her forehead and bangles with mehndi (henna) on her hands. The interaction of the bride with the family members and the strong love and care shared by all was vividly captured in the photos. The exquisite joy and shine in the eyes of the couples is heartwarming and beautiful.

Union of cultures

Aiya Wedding Photographer also engraved the precious moments in a series of Photography and Cinematography of the civil reception of Oz and Shamma at London. The stunning bride was dressed in pure white dress which trailed behind her gracefully as she walked. The handsome Turkish groom dressed in a Tuxedo also wore the green flag of Pakistan to express the unity of two hearts and cultures. The bride took the red veil which depicted the Turkish flag. The parental love towards the couple and their dance with the family members was frozen behind the lens of Aiya photography. The family member in different dresses waved the two flags together. It was a ceremony desired by many but experienced by few.
